UNDERSTANDING THE ORGANIZATION AND CONTEXT
Our company has established a quality management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System and has prepared this Quality Manual which is one of the requirements of this system. Our company has established a Quality Policy in line with the quality approach. This Quality Manual describes the methods used by our company to guarantee the quality in general. The first purpose of this book is to ensure that the Quality Management System is adequately defined while serving as a permanent reference in the implementation and continuity of the system. The Quality Manual is supported by procedures, instructions, Forms Work flow charts, organizational charts, prepared in accordance with the standards.
